The Postholders’ responsibilities will include providing initial IT support to telephone and email requests from IT users, enforcing and auditing the application of the IT Policy, maintaining, and supporting the existing IT and telecom infrastructure, managing, and overseeing printer toner usage and basic server administration.

The successful candidates will have a passion for IT along with a good understanding of Windows operating systems. In addition to possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the successful candidates will also have a good understanding of Microsoft Office products. Experience of Hardware components is desirable.
